Back in 2009  Heirloom LA came up with the idea of individual sized portions of lasagna now known as the world famous Lasagna Cupcakes™ that hold their shape after being heated up and can be eaten with your hands! Although the flavors defy traditional recipes, they retain the integrity that any nonna inspires… hand-rolled pasta, fresh cheeses and herbs, seasonal, organic vegetables, and humanely raised meats. Lasagna Cupcakes™ have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Vogue MagazineThe Jay Leno Show, and on The Food Network's The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Pulitzer Prize Winning Food Writer Jonathan Gold calls our Lasagna Cupcakes™ "the takeout dish of the year", and goes on to say that they "pack more flavor than lasagnas 20 times their size." Shipping Info

Lasanga Cupcakes™ are packaged frozen. Once received, please transfer them to a freezer where they should remain until being baked off.

Lasagna Cupcakes™ are shipped via UPS Overnight Monday – Thursday. 
All orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed on the following shipping day.
Each order will incur a $15 handling fee which includes dry ice.
Please inquire about larger quantities.

Lasagna Cupcake Heating Instructions

From Frozen:
Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Preheat oven 400° F (Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust bake time and temperature as necessary.) Remove Lasagna Cupcake from the cellophane packaging and place on a baking sheet in the center rack of your oven. Bake 30-40 minutes, but if you like the cheese to be crispy on top, cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5-7 minutes. After resting, remove the Lasagna Cupcake from their paper ramekin and place them so that they stand upright on a plate.

To Reheat:
Preheat Oven 400° F
Remove all packaging from already cooked Lasagna Cupcakes and place them on a baking sheet. Cover them with aluminum foil and bake until warm and cheese is melty. This takes 17-20 minutes from the refrigerator or 12-15 minutes from room temperature.
